Free kerbside collection in Swale
In addition to recycling facilities, Swale also offers free collection services for items of household furniture and large appliances (three piece suites, beds etc) which can be difficult to dispose of and are often dumped around the borough rather than taken to a household waste site.
This service is aimed at disposing of items of household furniture that are no longer required but are too large for you to dispose of in a household waste site without the use of a van or other large vehicle.
A free collection service is also available for cars and other vehicles that are often dumped illegally around the Borough.
